Hearing Vista – One-Year Limited Warranty



Thank you for choosing Hearing Vista. We are committed to providing high-quality hearing solutions you can trust. All Hearing Vista hearing aids are backed by a one-year limited warranty, beginning on the original purchase date.



What This Warranty Covers



This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials

• Defects in workmanship

• Internal electronic malfunctions

• Battery or charging component failure due to manufacturer defect


If an issue arises under normal and intended use, Hearing Vista will repair or replace the device at no charge.



What This Warranty Does Not Cover



This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Water or moisture exposure beyond the product’s stated rating

• Dropping or physical impact

• Normal wear and tear (ear domes, tubes, wax filters, cosmetic scratches)

• Loss or theft

• Use of non-approved accessories or chargers


Consumable parts such as ear tips and wax guards are not covered.



How to Make a Warranty Claim



To request service, the original purchaser must provide:


  1. Proof of purchase
  2. A description of the issue
  3. The product being returned for inspection

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the device. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Hearing Vista. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement device back to you.



Limitations



This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Replacement devices may be new or refurbished units of equal value. The warranty period does not reset after replacement.


This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your location.
